Overview

Our client, an esteemed entity within the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a proficient Production Manager to join their dynamic team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Managing the team: Lead and develop the team, enabling them to meet operational objectives whilst complying with and enforcing company guidelines for safety and quality.
• Managing production activities: Plan, direct and control production activities, ensuring fulfilment of operational objectives by maximising On Time Start (OTS) and On Time Finish (OTF).
• Developing preventative activities: Enforce preventive measures to minimise occupational and environmental risks.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, ensuring clarity of operational objectives and expectations.
