Job Description

This role leads production operations within a fast-growing MedTech scale-up environment. As a hands-on Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable manufacturing processes while fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Reporting into senior operations leadership, you will manage a multidisciplinary production team and work closely with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain stakeholders. The role combines strategic production planning with day-to-day operational leadership on the shop floor.
