Production Manager

General Responsibility

The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production and planning within the company. He plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales' customer requirements. Moreover, the Production Manager performs essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service, and establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and customer representative (Sales) and is responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering Courses
• At least 5-years Managerial experience gained from Printing Manufacturing Industry or Flexible Packaging Industry preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, FSSC and experience implementing ISO documentation processes
