• Create cohesive team spirit within the refurbishment facility.
• Handle staff development, training, discipline, and timekeeping.

Quality, Health, and Safety:

• Ensure quality standards are met and adhered to
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Budget and Resource Management:
