Production Medical Coder

Job Description

The Production Medical Coder is responsible for high-volume, accurate professional coding across multiple medical specialties, with a strong emphasis on Evaluation & Management (E/M) services. This is a production-focused role with limited non-production responsibilities, supporting revenue integrity through compliant code assignment, provider documentation clarification, and timely resolution of coding-related edits. Coders are expected to work independently within established templates and workflows while meeting defined productivity, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks.

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite @ Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila

Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri (US Business Hours)
