Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5 years of experience in underground production, with 3 years in stoping or charging.
Strong knowledge of explosives, drilling patterns, and safety regulations.
Ability to work in confined, high-pressure underground environments.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Mine Health & Safety Act regulations.
