Production Molding Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Production Molding Coordinator to lead one of the most critical production areas in our plant. This role has the primary responsability to oversees the production of 22 injection molding machines, supervise and small mold maintenance department, and the process engineering team, ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and readiness for new project launches.



You will play a strategic role in meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and developing technical teams to achieve world-class performance.



Key Responsibilities



+ Supervise daily operations in the production molding area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and motivation targets are met.



+ Lead mold maintenance planning and coordinate preventive/corrective actions.
