Production Molding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the production team (Line Leaders, Production Engineers) to ensure a professional and healthy teamwork culture.
• Process Expertise: Oversee the plastics production process, develop effective manufacturing methods, and analyze workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance to the team, apply strong knowledge in injection molding related to mold set-up, parameter setting, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Efficiency & Improvement: Apply continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean Manufacturing) to enhance quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Investigate and resolve operational problems like material variances or bottlenecks.
• Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing information and trends related to manufacturing performance (KPIs) and evaluate production reports from subordinates.
