Production Operations Analyst

Job Overview

We’re building a dedicated Production Operations Observability Pod to provide real-time monitoring and first-level support across critical production systems.

As a Production Operations Analyst, you will be on the front line of system reliability. You will monitor dashboards, respond to alerts, execute runbooks, and ensure production issues are identified and escalated quickly and clearly.

If you enjoy solving live system problems, working with observability tools, and being part of a high-accountability support team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor applications, infrastructure, APIs, and services using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana

• Review and respond to alerts, dashboards, and system metrics in real time

• Perform first-level triage using logs, traces, and metrics to identify symptoms and potential root causes
