Production & operations manager – bathroom pod manufacturing

We are setting up a state-of-the-art Bathroom Pod Manufacturing Facility to support high-rise residential developments — and we’re looking for a seasoned Production & Operations Leader to lead this transformation.
This is a greenfield leadership role with full ownership of factory setup, production scale-up, hybrid construction integration (Precast + MIVAN), and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of experience in:
Bathroom Pods / Modular Construction
Precast / IBS Manufacturing
High-volume construction product manufacturing
Proven greenfield factory setup experience
Exposure to high-rise construction, preferably MIVAN integration
Strong operational, technical & leadership capabilities
