Responsibilities

• Oversees the sewing department and monitors production output based on the export shipping schedule.
• Ensures production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Directly supervises sewing line leaders.
• Responsible for production planning and layout.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in garment construction, quality control, production management, and background in garments manufacturing.
• At least 7-10 years of experience.
• Can communicate and write in Korean and English languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
