Production & Workflow Management
Oversee daily roasting and packing operations, ensuring efficient production and timely fulfillment of orders.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Coordinate and assign tasks to roasters and packers, optimizing labor and machine utilization.
