Production & Workflow Management

• Oversee daily roasting and packing operations, ensuring efficient production and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Develop and maintain 
  production schedules
   based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to 
  roasters and packers
  , optimizing labor and machine utilization.
• Ensure adherence to 
  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
   for consistency and quality control.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Track and manage inventory of 
  green coffee, roasted coffee, and packaging materials
  .
• Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain proper stock levels and 
  minimize waste
  .
• Implement a system for 
  tracking lot numbers and batch production
   for traceability and quality assurance.
