Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably an Engineering graduate or 1-year of hands-on production experience.
- Vocational or high school graduate with 2 years of experience in flour milling operation (if education not met)
- Must be available to work rotating shifts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing milling operations by training junior staff, coordinating with supervisors and warehouse teams, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring correct product specifications through regular sampling. Maintains clear communication with shift millers, performs preventive maintenance, and ensures all sifters, purifiers, rollers, and related equipment function efficiently.
