Production Operator

Department: Personalization Bureau

Job Responsibilities:

• Function as a contributing member of the personalization shop floor team to ensure all production goals are achieved.
• Maintain and operate shop floor equipment as necessary, depending on workload and circumstances to produce jobs in accordance with customer and Thales specifications.
• To be qualified at all operations and on all equipment in the cell. Member will perform all quality checks and follow established procedures.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance as scheduled and document work performed.
• Participate in team meetings and review past performances and promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Promote team harmony, help work towards High Performance team status and achievement of the levels of empowerment.
• Communicate instructions and information to other teams and/or cells.
