**Job Overview**

Set up and operate a variety of CNC (computer numerical control) machine in order to produce products according to the customers’ specifications.

**Job Requirements**

+ Perform basic CNC machinery set up functions by using preset program. Make minor adjustments to programs as needed.
+ Understand specifications required to fabricate products by reading blueprint, mechanical drawings and other drawings and written material.Prepare and load materials onto the machine.Perform basic tooling changes, as needed.
+ Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins and tape measure.
