Shift Operator

• Check the condition of the production equipment before/during/after production
• check and record the amount of raw materials added during the production
• control and record the production progress on production operation card
• cleaning the charge tank and reactor (not including entering reactor after washing the reactor):
• taking sample of product, testing the properties of product during IPQC, adjust based on the testing result; prepare raw materials for the production;
• solve problem when the batch system is having problem;
• wash reactor and add raw materials that is required;
• add leftover or disqualified product during production and record the amount; contact PIC if the utility system is faulty;
• maintain the cleanliness of equipment, control room and site area based on 5S principle;
