Production Operator

a. To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing production reports.
b. To monitor and ensure production run according to production schedule.
c. To train operator on machinery operating, cleaning and maintenance.
d. Liaise with Material Planner for Packaging Material and Raw Material with R&D and QA/QC for process and product quality.
e. To be responsible for checking correct raw material for production usage.
f. To conduct mixing of the product according to the mixing instructions.
g. To seek advice from Quality Control Department or R&D Department to rectify adjustment for the products which fall out of specification.
h. To comply with Good Manufacturing Practice and ensure cleanliness of production floor, rooms and machinery according to GMP requirement before, during and after the mixing process activities.
i. To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
