Production Operator

• Assist in daily operation job.
• Perform maintenance of machine.
• Monitor the output & quality of parts.
• Change tool and do the adjustment and minor repair the machine.
• Operating machine, load material and dig chips.
• Hourly inspection at machine.
• Maintain the 5S of workplace.
• Do the sorting in order to check the quality, measurement, formation and others.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawing and others.
• Supervise the machine while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustment to produce a better result.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed.
