Production Operator

About the Role:
We're looking for a Production Associate to help monitor plant operations, support machinery repairs, and assist with production planning. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment, troubleshooting, and keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Help monitor daily plant operations and machine performance
• Assist in fixing mechanical issues and doing repairs
• Collect and organize reports and production data
• Join planning meetings and take notes
• Keep technical records and documents in order
• Help prepare manuals and work instructions
• Coordinate with other teams for reports and updates
• Support new projects and improvements
• Keep your work area clean and safe

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Mechanical or Chemical Engineer (preferred but not required)
