Production Operator  
Region - Leek, ST   
The Role  
Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking and production processes 
Operating machinery and production equipment (full training provided) 
Filling, labelling and packing products 
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications 
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety 
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets 
Minimum requirements for Production Operative  
Reliable, punctual and hardworking 
Able to work well in a fast-paced production environment 
A good team player with a positive attitude 
Willing to follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures 
Previous food production or factory experience is desirable but not essential
