SECTION: INSPECTION AND BUFFING

• Initial inspection for the tires for injuries

• Evaluating each tire if it is still remould-able or not

• Inserting tag on the tires while inspecting

• Removing the old tread of the tire in sideways

• Tires will be forwarded to Skiving section

SECTION: SKIVING

• Removing all dust and dirt of the buffed tire

• Exposed hidden cuts and injuries will be included for cleaning

SECTION: BUILD-UP

• Applying special rubber cement on injuries and holes

• Patching with special rubber cushion gum to equally flatten the carcass

SECTION: MILLING

• Assist and cuts rubber to be compounded

• Inserts camel back with new rubber formulation

SECTION: CURING

• Inserting inner mould with appropriate tread design
