Production Operator

To provide assistance and growth in the production process of Glass Fiber Bars, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. The operator works closely with a team to manage daily production goals according to standard and for the satisfaction of client/customers.

• Assist in the preparation, loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products Delivery to clients/customers.
• Set-ups, Operate and monitor production machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of glass fiber bars. If trained and authorized, ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify defects and take/propose corrective actions when necessary.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency before packing.
