Check the condition of the production equipment before/during/after production

check and record the amount of raw materials added during the production

control and record the production progress on production operation card

cleaning the charge tank and reactor (not including entering reactor after washing the reactor):

taking sample of product, testing the properties of product during IPQC, adjust based on the testing result; prepare raw materials for the production;

solve problem when the batch system is having problem;

wash reactor and add raw materials that is required;

add leftover or disqualified product during production and record the amount; contact PIC if the utility system is faulty;

maintain the cleanliness of equipment, control room and site area based on 5S principle;

handle schedule waste produced during the production according to the rules and regulation; package the product produced;
