Production Operator

Day Shift | Ongoing | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy physical work, working in small teams, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

Hours

• 7:00am - 3:30pm (moving to 6:00am starts)

• Saturdays will become mandatory

Duties

• Working production machines

• Filling, threading, and stacking bags onto pallets

• Packing smaller retail boxes

• Logging production tonnage into the Vision system

• Printing and applying product labels

Bonus

• $1,000 after-tax bonus available between February and May for operators who meet KPIs
