We are seeking a responsible and capable individual who can manage the packaging team efficiently while also actively participating in daily packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage packaging staff
• Ensure all orders are packed, tagged, and dispatched accurately
• Maintain quality control and prevent errors
• Guide and train team members when required
• Personally assist in packaging and dispatch tasks
• Ensure daily targets are achieved smoothly

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate or Graduate qualification
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle responsibility and work under pressure
• Experience in packaging, warehouse, or production work preferred
• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented
