Production Planing Officer

1. To arrange material as per Production Order for Assembly lines, Bending Lines and Injection Molding Machines.
2. Prepare daily Material rejection report of faulty parts found on production line.
3. Arrange OK parts from inventory against rejection and production losses to achieve the production target.
4. Prepare Daily claims against material shortage/rejection and inform concern Chinese.
5. Prepare monthly claim summary and communicate with concern Chinese to get claim parts.
6. Reduce crippled stock by arranging the claim parts with the help of concern Chinese.
7. Daily meeting for local material planning with supporting department to get local parts for daily production target.
8. Make issuance on weekly basis in system (SAP) and provide detail list of materials to get from inventory for daily production.
9. Prepare daily COGI Error report and share with concern departments to sort out the errors. (SAP PP Module)
