Production Planner and Control

The Production Planner and Control is responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring production schedules to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective workflows. This role coordinates closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to support smooth shop floor execution and proactively address potential production issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily production workload schedules.
• Perform production-related administrative tasks, including receiving work orders and printing shop drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Schedule and monitor equipment utilization using FileMaker.
• Relay shop drawing clarifications and concerns to engineers through the FIC Operations Team.
• Forecast and report potential production delays or concerns to the Production Manager.
