**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Order Processing:**

3. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve bottlenecks in the process.

5. Address shipment delays and proactively update customers on delivery statuses.
6. Schedule shipments and track delivery progress while ensuring proper documentation for domestic orders.
