Job Description

                    Responsibilities Develop and manage production forecasts and planning schedules based on demand and available resources 
Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritise work according to delivery timelines 
Manage material and production planning, including material requisition and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering change updates 
Confirm production orders based on material availability and production capacity 
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery and prevent excess inventory buildup 
Monitor material availability to ensure smooth production continuity 
Prepare periodic reports including excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory and buy-down claims 
Ensure timely closure of production orders for accurate invoicing 
Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis for decision‑making
