Job Description

Role Profile
The Production Planner reports to the Consumer Food Planning Manager and plans, organises and coordinates Soup production schedules on a daily or weekly basis to ensure that deadlines are met. This position is tasked with accurately scheduling sufficient production to supply customer demand without incurring waste or impeding commercial or operational objectives. The role requires continually monitoring supply flow and identifying any shortages or bottlenecks that may arise.
Responsibilities
Construct weekly / daily Soup production plans relative to the agreed demand plan and operational constraints and communicate transport requirements and raw materials implications

Develop daily production plans at SKU-level and make adjustments to account for variances in demand, stock, machine performance, yield and availability of materials/labour/transport. Balance competing demands from Operations teams and make adjustments to optimise ut...
