Production Planner Jr

**Job Title**: Production Planner Jr.
**Department**: Logistics / Supply
**Immediate Supervisor**: Customer Service Leader
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure 100% on-time deliveries to customers by balancing production lines and inventory levels (WIP and FG).
- Generate production plans and maintain ERP systems.
- Monitor compliance with production plans and prioritize to ensure customer supply.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of IATF standards, ISO *****, APS, and business English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry; 2 years preferred.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Excel and supply chain management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
