Production Planner

a. Update sales order into system upon receive.

b. Compile and prepare materials checklist and establish production documentation.

c. Collaborate with R&D department, QA/QC department, marketing, inventory control and purchasing before release of production documentation.

d. Manage production planning and scheduling.

e. Revising and rescheduling orders to compensate for rush order priorities, material shortages, vendors' failure to deliver or customer cancellations.

f. Maintain, update and archive production documentation, files and records.

g. Assist superior in tasks that may arise from time to time.
