Production Planner

The Production Planner is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the production of bakery products to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient use of resources. This role works closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to manage materials, manpower, and daily production flow. It also involves monitoring performance, adjusting schedules as needed, and supporting inventory control in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule weekly production based on confirmed and forecasted orders.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging by sharing advance production plans.
• Monitor production progress for all lines daily and make dynamic scheduling adjustments based on actual performance.
