Production Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate task lists and maintenance plans in SAP for various task cards including:

• Special Inspections (SI)

• Modification Action Forms (MAF)

• Supplementary Jobs – Carry Forward Items (SJ-CFI)

• Borescope Inspections (BSI)

• Engineering Notes (EN)

• Component Change Sheets (CCS)

• Maintenance Job Cards (MJC)

• Maintenance Process Sheets (MPS)

• Perform in-depth research for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tooling (BOT) requirements.

• Review completed DFPs for SI and MAF to ensure accurate closure in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).
• Analyse engine shop reports and update task completion statuses in SAP.
• Validate preload entries and ensure due dates in maintenance plans are correctly populated.
