Production Planner

Job Description

• To review raw material, work in process and finished goods stock status
• Conduct material requirement planning using firm customer order, forecast, historical order trend and schedule sharing (3rd Party Warehouse)
• Work with production department on the planning of production related to stamping and other in-house secondary processes
• Liaise with internal and external parties with expediting to ensure customer delivery due dates are met.
• Work with production department to monitor production capacity to ensure sufficient support for customer orders
• Assist Planning Manager and work with all related parties to control and maintain an optimal inventory level for material, WIPs and finished goods
• To work with customer service on changes to customer orders
• To comply with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conducts, ISO9001:2015 QMS, ISO14001:2015 EMS & IATF16949:2016 AQMS.
