Purpose StatementResponsible for coordinating and planning activities related to the production and materials release schedule and forecast.
Activities are focused on daily production planning, material release planning and expedition.
Responsible for scheduling the product flow throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring timely completion of manufacturing orders by ensuring availability of resources.Key Job AccountabilitiesUnderstand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of Focus Factory.Monitor the amount of material released to the Focus Factory to prevent excess inventory.Establish and review the production schedule to ensure customer commitments are met.Monitor production schedule performance to ensure the demand forecast is on track.Meet with the Master Scheduler, Focus Factory Manager and Program Manager to understand the priorities related to the customer demand.Additional AccountabilitiesMonitor the status of material usage variances to ensure discre...
