Supply Chain Executive, Production Planning

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Executive II, Production Planning is responsible to plan the production schedule for respective dosage forms at either Liquid Production Plant (LPP) or Solid Production Plant (SPP) based on the input of Sales and Marketing quarterly sales forecasts, on‑hand finished goods inventories, minimum stock levels and firmed sales orders from Export markets, government tenders and contract manufacturing customers.
2. Provide supports during coordination of weekly Production Planning and Supply Meeting with internal team consist of Production, QC, Procurement, Supply Chain Management and technical team to ensure good adherence of production schedule.
3. Communicate the material requirements to Procurement team for planning of inventoried items, which include the raw and packaging materials.
