Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall production planning and scheduling.
2. Prepare production schedules (Gantt charts) and determine lead times for all production stages.
3. Assist the production manager in maintaining a safe, well-organized, and efficient production floor.
4. Monitor production progress and provide weekly status updates.
5. Liaise with the production executive and other departments to ensure material readiness and timely delivery.
