Overview

PRD Prime Concept and Design Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Planner for our Fabrication Department. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing fabrication production schedules to ensure on-time delivery, efficient resource utilization, and high-quality output. This role plays a key part in improving productivity, meeting client deadlines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and adjust fabrication production schedules to meet client deadlines and operational targets.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current fabrication processes to identify inefficiencies in workflow, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
