Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Evaluate orders received from customers to create suitable production schedules and manufacturing orders using ERP system.
• Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production operations to ensure maximum performance, minimum down time and meeting delivery time frame.
• Responsible to ensure resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are available to meet production operation and requirements.
• Track and estimate inventory levels required for production and request/coordinate for purchase of materials should materials are at low levels.
• Monitor execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
• Work closely with QC, QA, R&D, Warehouse, Store, Maintenance, Purchasing and other staff for all production and food safety related activities.
