Production Planning and Control Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the systematic flow of production operations through timely preparation forecast and production schedules.
• Prepares and analyzes various records and documents such as inventory balances of injected and finished product, machine capacity, material availability and manpower requirement.
• Responsible for providing the immediate superior updated information regarding production efficiency through active monitoring of daily production report.
• Responsible for coordinating activities with other departments to facilitate request of items needed for production and their storage to the Warehouse.
• Responsible for ensuring that production operation are not disrupted due to lack of materials and supplies through timely preparation of requisition of raw materials and supplies.
