Production, Planning and Control Head

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates overall production activities.
• Supervises team in preparation of production documentation.
• Coordinates with Sales to ensure that a job order will meet customer requirements.
• Coordinates with Warehouse for on time availability of materials and supplies for production.
• Coordinates with Human Resources to ensure workers will be available when additional manpower requires.
• Coordinates with Maintenance to ensure machine will be available when required or report machine malfunctions.
• Develops a production schedule/Plan detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet production target completion date. Reports of everyday plan must be submitted to General Manager and President.
• Distribution of scheduled/planned projects to operators.
• Picking, counting and checking of operator's output. Compare the Plan to the output of operators.
