Production Planning and Control Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders from sales
• Analyze production capacity
• Prepare and propose production schedules
• Create, track/monitor, complete and close job orders
• Ensure all customer orders/requirements are ship on time and in full
• Monitor and ensure availability of raw materials
• Collaborate with other departments ensuring efficiency of all production lines

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any engineering/business related courses
• Relevant experience in production planning, inventory control, and customer order management
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in using ERP system
• Must be analytic and with planning and organizing skills
• Must be customer oriented
