Production Planning and Inventory Control Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Production planning and scheduling - ensuring optimal use of resources to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Resource Allocation and Coordination - ensuring availability of all resources including materials, manpower and machine.
• Process Optimization and Efficiency - instill improvement with the process to ensure productivity, minimize production cost and reduce waste.
• Quality Control and Assurance - coordinates with production about the improvement of product quality that may affect production plan and delivery.
• Production Performance and Reporting - monitors section key performance indicators (KPI), analyze production performance and status of compliance to customer requirements.
• Inventory Control and Management - oversee material, WIP & FG inventory and ensure efficient flow and prevent stockout and/or overstocking. Monitors consumption and coordinates with the end user.
