To process Sales PO to the ERP System on WO complete material preparation.

Prepare all lacking materials .

Prepare material on Sales Order.

Monitor Monthly usage quantity per material (wires, terminal , housing ,consumables and others)

Generate purchase request .

Reconcile the materials in ERP vs. paper record.

Do other task assigned by immediate superior.

A Production Planning & Material Control (PPMC) that create production schedules, managing inventory (raw materials to finished goods), coordinating workflow, and ensuring timely delivery by optimizing resources and processes, requiring strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge production, procurement, and management. Key duties include demand forecasting, material release, inventory reconciliation, bottleneck resolution, and reporting, using ERP systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
