Job Description:
Work closely with Marketing to ensure Production Request details are correctly noted.
Transfer needed details to Work Orders, release Work Orders based on requests/forecasts.
Coordinate requests with Supervisors to ensure their understanding on each project.
Update Rolling 4-week schedule in planning department and advise if any capacity issues.
Distribute Weekly System Reports to Supervisors prior to start of the Work week.
Advice on Work Center hours as needed (based on schedule adjust hours; advice down or up for Images department).
Process Scanning &amp; Label Functions daily.
Daily release of Web Orders from company system.
Release MOs based on MAKE-TO-ORDER Requests &amp; Monthly Forecasting from Marketing.
Ensure all orders are shipped On-Time.
Organize Physical Inventory counts for Raw Materials (Glass, Mirrors) are done as per company time...
