Production Planning Executive

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute production planning activities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and on-time delivery.
Utilize SAP and/or MES systems to plan, release and monitor production orders.
Maintain and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and ensure proper MRP execution.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Sales teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
Monitor production schedules and capacity planning to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels and production performance to support planning decisions.
Identify production constraints or bottlenecks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare periodic production planning reports, KPIs and management updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related discipline.
