Production Planning Executive

We are looking for proactive and organized Production Schedulers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to ensure that company goals and delivery deadlines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules to meet company targets and timelines for all offset printing jobs. Need to manage multiple production schedules simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics and outworkers.
• Communicate daily and weekly production schedules to the teams and resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Optimize production workflow and performance to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced jobs and ensure timely delivery.
