Production Planning & Order Intern(A26489)

Responsibilities:

1. Execute material planning and ensure material readiness, collaborating with the China planning team to rebalance inventory levels.

2. Issue internal plant transfer PRs, follow up inbound deliveries, and complete system receiving transactions.

3. Coordinate with the warehouse and 3PL for material preparation, packing, and shipment readiness.

4. Manage end-to-end order processing, maintain pricing for EMS, create sales orders, and ensure order-to-cash closure.

5. Monitor EMS consignment stock, production schedules and consumption, review forecast and excess inventory exposure.

6. Arrange finished goods shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders.

7. Support order billing and accounting closure to complete the order book.

Requirements：

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
